Steven and team responded quickly to my quote request. Steven was very affordable and competitive. He is knowledgeable and had 10 screens measured and installed in 2 days. He was able to match the different shades of the screens. Excellent company. They contacted me immediately after i put out an interest in finding a window repair company. They beat out another company that took a deposit from me and didn’t show up, so that was frustrating. Thankfully, DFW Window Specialists came, took measurements, then returned the same day in extremely cold weather and installed my new window in less than 30 minutes. My rental property has a broken glass. The site is pretty far from the DFW at 1 hour drive. Steve gave a very reasonable price and drove there. He explained in details of what he was going to do , and later he got it done exactly in the timeframe quoted. In addition, he replaced a mosquito screen of window without charge. Steve is so nice, respectful, and professional. I will definitely use his service again for my other properties in future.

Steven was great and professional. I called him at 9:00pm with an urgent need to get my kitchen window repaired. He was here the next day to install a new glass. I originally had another company come out and after waiting 2 weeks and ordering the glass they showed up and couldn’t complete the job. Steven came to the rescue and was very knowledgeable. He told me the process and was in and out within an hour. He cleaned up all the broken glass as well.
